About the Role: MarketResearch.com is seeking a smart, agile marketer to drive awareness, interest, and adoption across key industry verticals worldwide. As our primary Marketing Manager, you will lead the development of our demand generation strategy and oversee end-to-end campaign execution to support sales growth. You bring broad marketing expertise, including integrated campaign management, third-party channel partnerships, and the ability to create compelling, response-driven copy and content. This role is ideal for a versatile marketer who enjoys working across multiple disciplines and taking ownership of a wide range of initiatives. In this hands-on position, you will manage our social media presence, build and deploy marketing email campaigns, and drive ongoing SEO optimisation to increase visibility and engagement.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with sales teams and executive leadership to ensure alignment of marketing and sales goals, enable sales success and maximise pipeline contribution.
- Develop and own the overall demand generation strategy to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
- Plan, launch, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns and automations across multiple channels (email, digital, partners, content).
- Identify, build, and manage relationships with third-party marketing partners, such as social media organisations, industry associations, and channel partners, to broaden market exposure and drive lead generation.
- Identify relevant trade shows, conferences, webinars, and field events for the company to attend, and manage all associated planning and execution to support pipeline creation.
- Produce response-oriented marketing copy and content, such as emails, landing pages, blogs, ads, and campaign materials that drive engagement and conversions.
- Review and optimise current HubSpot data, activities, automations, and marketing lists to align with company objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure alignment on target audiences, messaging, lead quality, and follow-up processes.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and implement data-driven optimisations to improve ROI.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and to a high standard.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the buyer journey and continuously refine marketing tactics to support each stage.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and campaign materials.
- Provide proactive reporting and recommendations for marketing automation, content distribution and performance enhancements.
- Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing roles.
- Experience creating and executing demand generation campaigns.
- Experience producing content for specific delivery channels (email, blog, website, newsletter).
- Ability to work autonomously with strong initiative, taking full ownership of marketing programs and leading successful outcomes with the confidence to lead marketing efforts as the primary marketing resource.
- Solid project management and collaboration skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise and communicate within the team and with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with sales organisations to create alignment and accountability to jointly achieve goals and targets.
- A deep knowledge of the marketing and sales funnel both from a lead to pipeline generation perspective and a pipeline to close perspective.
- Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with the GSuite and Zoom.
- Understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods.
- Organised and detail-oriented.
