You’ll work closely with global Marketing teams to regionalise campaigns and build integrated EMEA programs, while partnering with SDR and Sales teams to drive engagement, follow-up and conversion.
The International Marketing team is the glue between regional priorities and the global marketing organisation, working across everything from field events and sponsorships to demand generation and integrated campaigns.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on B2B marketer with experience marketing to Financial Services audiences who thrives in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.
- What You’ll Do
- Execute the EMEA Financial Services campaign plan, focused on generating pipeline and bookings.
- Build and execute integrated regional campaigns across demand generation, content, field events, sponsorships and key customer and prospect touchpoints.
- Partner with global Demand Generation, Digital, Events and Product Marketing teams to shape EMEA plans, bring regional insights into global planning and effectively regionalise programs.
- Build strong partnerships with SDR and Sales teams, creating the right programs, touchpoints and follow-up strategies to turn engagement into opportunities.
- Partner with AE and Sales teams to align marketing activity with priority accounts, personas and pipeline goals.
- Turn data into action - using insights to refine personas, messaging, channels and campaign approaches and continually improve performance.
- Report performance, insights and recommendations to senior Marketing and Sales stakeholders.
- Identify and help manage high-value Financial Services sponsorship opportunities across EMEA.
- Plan and execute field events end-to-end, from planning and promotion through onsite delivery and post-event follow-up.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with exposure to Financial Services audiences.
- Strong experience building and delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns that support business growth.
- A natural collaborator who knows how to bring Marketing, Sales and SDR teams together around shared goals and priorities.
- Data-driven and curious, with the ability to spot trends, uncover gaps and turn performance insights into meaningful action.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritize, problem-solve and keep multiple initiatives moving at pace.
- Comfortable navigating regional and global teams, bringing an EMEA perspective while making the most of global expertise and resources.
- Proactive and accountable, with the confidence to take ownership, challenge where needed and find better ways of doing things.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Marketo and Asana is a plus.
