Pre‐Sales Consultant, French Speaker About the Team
The Customer Success organization is composed of pre‐sales, customer success, and support teams. The Pre‐Sales Consultant works closely with our Account Executives to run high‐impact evaluations, demonstrate the value of our platform, and drive new revenue. This role is focused on the Financial Services vertical.
About the Role & What You\’ll Do As a Pre‐Sales Consultant focused on Financial Services, you will partner with GTM teams to drive commercial outcomes, build and curate use cases, forge strong client relationships, and contribute to product development.
Partner with GTM Teams to Drive Commercial Outcomes: Collaborate closely with Account Executives to take ownership of seamless product evaluations and drive new business revenue growth.
Build and Curate Financial Services Use Cases: Conduct targeted discovery into clients\’ research workflows and pain points to help them leverage AlphaSense. Develop new use cases as our capabilities evolve.
Forge and Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Engage investment professionals at financial institutions, build rapport, and partner with prospects through the evaluation cycle.
Contribute to Product Development: Translate client feedback into internal product and content improvements.
Who You Are You have a proven track record of working with Financial Services clients, a systems thinker, and a fast‐growing team culture enthusiast.
What You Bring Financial Services Expertise: 2+ years in a Financial Services role or supporting such clients in a SaaS organization, with exposure to at least one of Asset Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity/VC, or Hedge Funds.
Curiosity About Generative AI in Financial Services: Demonstrated interest in the transformative potential of AI and knowledge of the competitive landscape.
Executive Presence & Strong Presentation Skills: Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and explain technical solutions to business audiences.
High‐Impact, Ownership Mindset: Thrive on autonomy, tackle client questions, and drive workflow transformation.
Consultative Approach: Highly articulate, confident client‐facing professional who distills complex issues into simple terms.
