  • Negotiate expert rates to minimize costs while aligning payment to the value of the experts’ insight and background vis-a-vis the research target.
  • Support the scheduling of calls between experts and Client Contributors for your projects.
  • Monitor calls and troubleshoot any connectivity issues.

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of experience in research, recruiting, talent sourcing, market intelligence, or a related role requiring proactive outreach and candidate/expert evaluation.

  • Detail Oriented: You have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to discern and precisely document the core elements of an expert’s relevant skills or experience vis-a-vis a defined scope.
  • Excellent Communicator: You’ll regularly be engaging with industry experts to learn about their background and convey what it means to participate in our network.
