About The Team
The Directed Content Team is an integral part of the Expert Insights group, generating thousands of calls each quarter on high‑value and strategic content targets. The team identifies, recruits, and onboard experts worldwide based on content targets and topics, ensuring high quality and relevance.
About The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, Directed Content, the Directed Content Analyst sources high‑quality experts for research projects. The analyst develops deep knowledge of target profiles, conducts research, and engages experts to ensure fit and quality. Proficient French speakers (C1/C2) are preferred.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct research to identify best‑fit experts for projects assigned by the Project Manager.
- Work with the Project Manager to confirm and refine project scope while conducting research.
- Conduct email and LinkedIn outreach to prospective experts.
- Coordinate and conduct calls with prospective experts to validate background and fit.
- Document experts’ relevant experience clearly, enabling quick evaluation by Client Contributors.
- Answer expert questions and handle objections to maximize onboarding of high‑quality experts.
- Negotiate expert rates to minimize costs while aligning payment to value.
- Support scheduling of calls between experts and Client Contributors.
- Monitor calls and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Who You Are
- 2+ years experience in research, recruiting, talent sourcing, or a related role requiring proactive outreach and candidate evaluation.
- Inquisitive and quick to recognize patterns that identify the best experts.
- Energetic: proficient at managing fast‑turnaround projects, meeting deadlines and targets.
- Organized: able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail‑oriented: precise documentation of expert skills and experience.
- Excellent communicator: regularly engages industry experts to learn about background and convey participation.
- Goal‑oriented: motivated by delivering top‑quality expert profiles efficiently.
