Responsibilities:
- Experience working for pre-IPO and/or publicly traded companies preferred.
- You’re proficient at using Workday for benefits management strongly preferred.
- You have strong knowledge of local labor laws in EMEA; familiarity with US and/or APAC regulations is a plus.
- You are a strong communicator, with the ability to adjust messaging based on audience and employee needs.
- You are proficient at using Google Sheets and Excel to audit and analyze data with full attention to detail.
- You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes “messy” environment but also thrive on organizing the “mess” by building reports, templates, process documents, and other resources to support yourself, the team, and employees.
