About the Role & What You’ll Do: The Pre‑Sales Manager (Financial Services team) will manage a team of Pre‑Sales Consultants responsible for partnering with Account Executives to run seamless product evaluations and driving new business across key verticals.

  • Partner with Account Executives to run evaluations and drive new business.
  • Lead product demos, discovery calls, and tailored workshops.
  • Translate client challenges into compelling use cases.
  • Collaborate with Support, Sales, Product, and Content teams to close feedback loops.
  • Maintain a consultative, user‑first mindset throughout every evaluation.
  • Directly lead a team of Pre‑Sales Consultants supporting AEs in closing trials.
  • Aggregate feedback, manage pilot programs, and update internal processes.
  • Coach and mentor team members, driving onboarding, certification, and enablement.
  • Provide transparency and insight into team performance to management.
  • Evaluate and implement resource coverage models and recruit top talent.
  • Build impactful relationships with cross‑functional leaders.
  • Continuously learn about the product and provide feedback for roadmap.
