About the Role: AlphaSense is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our established UK recruiting team. While we have a strong recruiting presence in the UK, this is a pivotal hire as our first dedicated General Business recruiter in the region — focused specifically on hiring across Expert Insights and G&A functions. You will play a critical role in building out our London and Singapore offices during an exciting period of international expansion.

In this role, you will own full‐cycle recruiting across Expert Insights and G&A functions, hiring for a wide range of positions spanning high‐volume entry‐level roles through to manager‐level searches. You will partner closely with hiring managers across both offices to deliver strong, consistent hiring outcomes, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and ensure a seamless, engaging candidate experience from kickoff through offer acceptance.

Beyond execution, this role offers meaningful growth potential. As we continue to scale our General Business recruiting function internationally, there is a clear opportunity to step into a leadership or mentorship role and help shape the team you'll eventually work alongside.

We're looking for a thoughtful, execution‐focused recruiter who thrives in a fast‐paced environment, communicates proactively, and takes pride in delivering quality hires. You will join a high‐performing global Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in helping AlphaSense scale while continuously improving our hiring processes and candidate experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across a variety of functions, from intake to offer negotiation and acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define success criteria, and align on a hiring strategy.
  • Proactively source and engage passive talent through strategic outbound efforts.
  • Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining organization and urgency.
  • Drive structured, consistent interview processes in partnership with hiring teams, providing guidance on interview best practices and candidate evaluation.
  • Collaborate with the coordination team to ensure a high‐quality, white‐glove candidate experience.
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  • Leverage recruiting data and market insights to inform hiring strategy and decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date ATS data and generate reports to track progress against hiring goals.
  • Champion inclusive hiring by sourcing from underrepresented talent pools and mitigating bias in process design.
  • Collaborate with People Business Partners and Compensation on leveling and offer strategy.
  • Contribute to TA team initiatives such as interview training, documentation improvements, and process enhancements.

Who You Are:

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast‐paced or high‐growth environment.
  • Experience recruiting across both high‐volume entry‐level roles (e.g., entry‐level Sales or similar) and mid‐level searches across G&A functions such as Finance, People, Marketing, Operations, or Content.
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive talent.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple requisitions while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills; you proactively keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, evolving role scopes, and shifting business priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Experience using recruiting systems and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Brighthire, Workday, etc.).
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience.
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within Talent Acquisition.

What Defines Success:

  • You consistently deliver strong hiring outcomes across multiple teams.
  • Hiring managers trust you and value your partnership.
  • Candidates report a positive, engaging experience throughout the interview process.
  • You maintain strong process rigor while operating with speed and flexibility.
  • You contribute to ideas that improve how Talent Acquisition operations at AlphaSense.
