  • Identify, build, and manage relationships with third‑party marketing partners, such as social media organisations, industry associations, and channel partners, to broaden market exposure and drive lead generation.
  • Identify relevant trade shows, conferences, webinars, and field events for the company to attend, and manage all associated planning and execution to support pipeline creation.
  • Produce response‑oriented marketing copy and content, such as emails, landing pages, blogs, ads, and campaign materials that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Review and optimise current HubSpot data, activities, automations, and marketing lists to align with company objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure alignment on target audiences, messaging, lead quality, and follow‑up processes.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and implement data‑driven optimisations to improve ROI.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and to a high standard.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the buyer journey and continuously refine marketing tactics to support each stage.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and campaign materials.
  • Provide proactive reporting and recommendations for marketing automation, content distribution and performance enhancements.
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested.

Who You Are:

  • Experience creating and executing demand generation campaigns.
  • Experience producing content for specific delivery channels (email, blog, website, newsletter).
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong initiative, taking full ownership of marketing programs and leading successful outcomes with the confidence to lead marketing efforts as the primary marketing resource.

  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with sales organisations to create alignment and accountability to jointly achieve goals and targets.
  • A deep knowledge of the marketing and sales funnel both from a lead to pipeline generation perspective and a pipeline to close perspective.
  • Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with the GSuite and Zoom.
