Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive HVAC consultations for residential and commercial clients.
- Execute pre-call research and prepare tailored proposals to match client needs.
- Present product knowledge with clarity and professionalism, both technically and conversationally.
- Manage full sales cycle from appointment setting and client presentations to closing deals.
- Actively listen to identify customer pain points and provide customized solutions.
- Maintain CRM data with detailed records of interactions and sales progress.
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Stay current on industry codes, energy programs (e.g., BPI), and HVAC technology.
- Participate in regular safety, product, and customer service training.
- Regularly perform home energy audits for our customers.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of HVAC industry experience or related sales experience.
- BPI Certification required.
- High School Diploma or GED minimum.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Technical aptitude and understanding of HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, codes, and energy efficiency programs.
