Alphanumeric is hiring a Healthcare Department Therapy Manager to support our long-standing client in the Research Triangle Park, NC area. With over 20 years of partnership, our client is committed to improving lives through innovative medical and pharmaceutical advancements.

Duration of Contract: Through December 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension

Contract Type: 1099 contract role | $66 – $72/hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the key line manager with planning and executing regional and national HCP and community conferences, including:
  • External engagement logistics
  • Symposium and booth coordination
  • Contract organization
  • Compile and summarize insights from medical attendees into executive summaries post-conference in collaboration with the Department of Strategic Medical Partnerships and Patient Affairs.
  • Track and maintain records of sponsorships and grants requested and supported by the Medical team.
  • Liaise with cross-functional internal partners to provide updates on sponsorships and grants.
  • Assist in the development of community education materials for use on external-facing websites.
  • Support the creation and distribution of external medical education content.
  • Develop summary PowerPoint decks for internal initiatives such as training webinars, leadership updates, and strategic communications.
  • Assist in planning and executing external advisory and consultancy activities, including:
    • Advisory Boards (e.g., Community, Educational, Health Equity, ATAC)
    • Consultancy Agreements (e.g., Medical Education Content Development)

    Job Requirements

    Education: Bachelor\’s Degree required or equivalent experience

    Experience: 10+ Years of project management; 5+ years of Pharma experience, preferably in a customer-facing role (HCP and Community Advocate experience)

    Skills: Strong communication skills; Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet; PMP certification
