Key Responsibilities
- Drive Business Growth & Property Acquisition: Target and engage property owners and estate agents to expand our rental portfolio across UK cities. Build lasting partnerships with landlords and industry players to secure high-value properties. Lead proactive outreach to bring fresh opportunities into the fold, traveling as needed.
- Digital Marketing for Lead Generation: Liaison with Digital Marketing team to design and launch high-impact campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and emerging platforms. Collaborate with our marketing team to boost brand visibility and attract quality leads nationwide. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximise ROI.
- Strengthen Local Authority Relationships: Tap into existing networks with local authorities to unlock collaboration opportunities. Onboard councils, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards. Position Apex as a trusted partner in the public sector through hands‑on engagement.
