An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Operations Administrator to join our team. This full-time position runs Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM, with a competitive salary of up to £25,000, accompanied by an attractive company perks package, including regular social events. The role is available for an immediate start; however, notice periods will be considered.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Processing and monitoring the progress of orders, including communication with customers, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Conducting customer onboarding and credit checks.
  • Scanning, managing, and distributing NDAs and contracts.
  • Organising and administering corporate events and entertainment functions.
  • Coordinating arrangements for visitors to HQ.
  • Assisting the Sales team with key administrative tasks, such as building quotes and tracking delivery of customer orders.
  • Distributing electronic licences to customers and updating CRM systems accordingly.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely updates of work activities in the CRM system.
  • Preparing sales department reports for senior management, including tracking customer renewals.
  • Providing general sales administration support.
  • Overseeing the fulfilment of orders.
