The Company is a well-established, award-winning company, based in Warrington, offering DNA, drug and alcohol testing services to the legal community, members of the public and companies across the UK and internationally. We are going through an exciting period of growth and have recently launched some new products, so our team now needs to expand and recruit an Inbound Sales Executive. This role is offered on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the Sales Manager you are responsible for:
- Taking inbound calls and responding to online enquiries, understanding customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
- Conducting calls in line with company call quality framework.
- Maintaining and developing a rapport with existing and new customers via telephone calls and online.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Reviewing own sales performance and aiming to meet/exceed company targets and personal KPI's.
- Being driven, ambitious, with proven sales experience in telephone sales, in a fast-paced environment.
- Having accurate keyboard skills and previous experience of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
- Exhibiting a professional telephone manner.
- Having a flexible attitude.
