Hours: Monday through Friday AM shift 6am-8am PM shift 3pm-6pm

As an AlphaBEST Site Director, you will lead a meaningful before and after school program that helps kids learn, grow, and thrive.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation
- Oversee/facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations
- Build a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards
- Make child safety the top priority at all times
- Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections
- Track and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirements
- Supervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring training requirements are met
- Represent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community events
- Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- At least 3 years of experience in a school-age program or teaching setting preferred
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and supervision preferred
- Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
