This is an exciting period of growth and transformation for the Bank. Alongside our established business, we are developing a new digital retail banking proposition focused on serving the Greek, Cypriot and wider diaspora communities across the UK. • Scenario Analysis — Deliver capital, liquidity and funding plans that support strategic decisions and regulatory compliance.
  • Performance Insight — Provide timely, forward-looking analysis of business performance, key value drivers and financial outlook.
  • Financial Challenge & Recommendations — Lead strategic initiatives with robust analysis, constructive challenge and clear recommendations.
  • Regulatory Reporting Oversight — Ensure accurate, timely and compliant COREP, FINREP and BoE/PRA/EBA submissions.
  • Regulatory Horizon Scanning — Interpret new prudential and accounting requirements and oversee their implementation.
  • Stakeholder Partnering — Act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders and build strong partnerships across Finance, Risk and Treasury.
  • Committee Engagement — Present capital, liquidity and regulatory insights to ExCo, management committees and the Board.
  • Team Leadership & Development — Set direction, manage performance, build capability and foster a high-performing, accountable culture.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Accountant — ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent, with strong post-qualification experience.
  • Senior Banking Finance Experience — Significant experience in PRA/FCA-regulated organisations.
  • Technical Prudential Expertise — Deep knowledge of ICAAP, ILAAP, stress-testing, CRR, PRA Rulebook and regulatory reporting frameworks.
  • Advanced Modelling & Analysis — Strong Excel, forecasting, scenario modelling and data management capability (SQL advantageous).
  • Strategic Thinker — Able to translate business priorities into financial, capital and liquidity requirements.
  • Confident Communicator — Skilled at presenting complex financial and regulatory matters to senior stakeholders and Boards.
  • Collaborative Leader — Proven ability to lead teams, build cross-functional relationships and influence decision-making.
