Responsibilities
- Generating conversations with NEW potential clients from our inbound marketing & social media (lead generation) as well as through outbound dials to warm leads.
- Re‑engaging and re‑setting leads who didn’t initially show up to their scheduled appointments (follow‑up).
- Pre‑qualify prospects to determine whether or not they are a good fit for our offer.
Outcomes / KPIs
- ÂŁ50,000 in NEW business revenue monthly (minimum).
- 12-16 closed sets of our coaching program @ ÂŁ5000 price point.
- Generate 80 calls per month (approx 3/day) through organic & outbound marketing methods.
- 20% minimum “set-to-close” closing ratio.
- Daily execution of team & administrative tasks:
- Morning Huddles via Zoom, 8am GMT Monday – Friday.
- End of Day report.
- Update your projections, tracking sheets, and CRM.
Compensation
- Basic Pay: 40 Hours Per week = ÂŁ1000pm.
- Commission: 5% of cash collected from set calls.
- Bonus: ÂŁ250 bonus for every ÂŁ25,000 in revenue generated (e.g., ÂŁ250 for 25k, ÂŁ500 for 50k, etc.).
- Expected Earnings: ÂŁ2500-ÂŁ4000.
Time
- This is a full‑time, 40 hours / wk position.
- You will have the freedom to make your own schedule, with enough open calendar space to hit 80 set calls.
- Be available to communicate through Slack 9am‑8pm GMT daily.
- This position is remote, so you’ll have the freedom to work from anywhere.
