Corpay is looking to hire a Client Relationship Manager - Deposit Platform within the Alpha Agency Solutions division. This role is located in London and is part of the Cross-Border Solutions line of business.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the end-to-end client onboarding process from initial engagement through to account funding, partnering closely with Client Services, Compliance, and Operations teams.
  • Providing clients and Relationship Managers with onboarding documentation, guidance, and support throughout the account opening process.
  • Following up proactively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements.
  • Taking ownership of the onboarding journey, ensuring accountability until client accounts are fully operational.
  • Collaborating with Sales and Relationship Management teams to deliver an outstanding client experience and identify opportunities to grow wallet share.
  • Monitoring zero-balance and dormant client accounts, engaging with clients to understand funding intentions and identify opportunities for reactivation.
  • Responding to inbound client enquiries, resolving issues where possible, and escalating complex matters to the appropriate internal teams or Relationship Managers.
  • Maintaining high standards of client service by ensuring responsive, accurate, and professional communication.
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly Management Information (MI) reports and supporting business performance analysis.
  • Providing data-driven insights to Relationship Managers to support client retention and business growth initiatives.
  • Assisting the Head of Deposit Platform with ad hoc reporting, data analysis, and the preparation of client presentations and pitch materials.
  • Creating and refining client-facing presentations, pitch decks, and product literature using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and supporting continuous improvements to onboarding and client management processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in a Client Relationship Management, Client Services, or Account Management role within Financial Services.
  • Experience supporting client onboarding and account opening processes.
  • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and identifying trends to support business decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with compliance and regulatory onboarding requirements within Financial Services is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
