Our Client is looking for qualified and experienced Asbestos Removal Supervisors, based in Southern Regional Office (London and Home Counties). Due to the huge growth and large projects secured nationally, the client is looking to strengthen our workforce and currently seeking to employ a number of experienced, self‑motivated Asbestos Site Supervisors to assist with the site management of notifiable and non‑notifiable asbestos removal projects across the United Kingdom.

You will be asked to manage asbestos removal operatives whilst being fully compliant with all Health and Safety and Asbestos regulations. The majority of the works will be based in the region of which you apply for, however there will be requirements to travel and work nationwide.
Working Hours: 7.30am - 4.30pm (weekend working may be required on a 12‑day on 2‑days off rota – optional)
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage large sites for prestige clients
- Have a proven and strong asbestos background
- Solve problems by thinking outside of the box
- Manage teams of approximately 1–50 operatives
- Provide a regular progress report back to the Contracts Manager/Directors
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Fully understand and follow the site‑specific Safe System of Works whilst carrying out works on site
- Ensure all works are being carried out to a high standard and complying with all H&S legislation and procedures
- Deliver a professional service throughout project commencement and project completion
- Complete site required company paperwork
Mandatory Training and Certificates
- Licenced Asbestos Supervisor Training
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- Medical
- Full and half mask fit test
- Mask certificates
- CSCS Card
- Driving Licence
- Towing experience
