Key Role Details & Responsibilities
Core Focus:
Managing multiple live projects simultaneously, monitoring programme and commercial performance, and issuing contractual notices.
[ 1 ] Contract Knowledge:
Strong, hands-on experience with
JCT
and
NEC
forms of contract.
[ 1 ] Commercial & Procurement:
Overseeing subcontract procurement, scope definitions, variation management, and commercial records, working alongside the Commercial Manager and reporting to the Operations Manager or Directors Experience Required:
