We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

Duties of the Quantity Surveyor will include: Manage all costs relating to projects including reporting Assisting estimating where required.

Understanding and knowledge of types of contracts and conditions Sub contract ordering Preparing interim valuations / final accounts Requirements of the

Role: Proficient use and knowledge of software such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Project Educated to degree level as Quantity Surveyor.2 years- experience in a Quantity surveyor role.

Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Organisational & Planning Skills.
