We are currently seeking professional and reliable SIA Licensed Door Supervisors to join our team at a hotel in Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting new site and play a key role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring CCTV and patrolling the premises to ensure safety and security
  • Controlling access to the hotel and managing visitor logs
  • Responding to incidents, emergencies, and alarms
  • Providing excellent customer service to hotel guests and staff
  • Completing detailed and accurate incident reports
  • Working closely with hotel management and emergency services if required

Shift Pattern

  • 4 on, 4 off
  • 12-hour shifts (days, nights, or rotating depending on site requirements)
