Alpha Scientific is seeking a capable customer services professional to act as the face of the company, handling queries, coordinating with customers and scheduling courier collections across our UK laboratories in Sittingbourne, Slough and Manchester.
You will use LIMS for day-to-day tasks, manage sample logs, issue reports, and assist with subcontracting and KPI measurement while maintaining high service standards and adherence to SLA commitments.
