Our clients in London and greater London are looking for Freelance or Part time (when and if required) Security Incident Response Officers for temporary assignments for our clients in London:
Essential:
• Must have great customer service experience and strong conflict resolution skills
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English
• This is a customer facing role, you will be the face of the company
• Applicants must hold a valid SIA Licence
• Must have prior security work experience
Duties will include:
• To be the first point of contact for staff, engaging with them and using established processes to respond to security incidents and queries.
• Identify, manage, categorise, and escalate incident issues received by the company to ensure prompt and accurate resolutions.
• To provide administration support for past and current incidents, analysing the reported data, where necessary, escalate incidents and emerging threats to the correct team or management.
• Providing a customer focused security presence
• Ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff and visitors
• Acting as a visual deterrent to crime and security incidents
• Monitoring CCTV systems
• Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly manner
• Monitoring security systems
• Take accurate notes to complete reports, logbook entries and all relevant paperwork to a high standard
• Reporting in detail any incidents occurring whilst on duty
• Take effective action in an emergency and co-operate fully with the relevant services
• Always enforce all relevant health and safety requirements
• Plus carrying out any other duties of a reasonable request by the client
