Our clients in London and greater London are looking for Freelance or Part time (when and if required) Security Incident Response Officers for temporary assignments for our clients in London:
Essential:
β’ Must have great customer service experience and strong conflict resolution skills
β’ Good communication skills in both spoken and written English
β’ This is a customer facing role, you will be the face of the company
β’ Applicants must hold a valid SIA Licence
β’ Must have prior security work experience
Duties will include:
β’ To be the first point of contact for staff, engaging with them and using established processes to respond to security incidents and queries.
β’ Identify, manage, categorise, and escalate incident issues received by the company to ensure prompt and accurate resolutions.
β’ To provide administration support for past and current incidents, analysing the reported data, where necessary, escalate incidents and emerging threats to the correct team or management.
β’ Providing a customer focused security presence
β’ Ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff and visitors
β’ Acting as a visual deterrent to crime and security incidents
β’ Monitoring CCTV systems
β’ Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly manner
β’ Monitoring security systems
β’ Take accurate notes to complete reports, logbook entries and all relevant paperwork to a high standard
β’ Reporting in detail any incidents occurring whilst on duty
β’ Take effective action in an emergency and co-operate fully with the relevant services
β’ Always enforce all relevant health and safety requirements
β’ Plus carrying out any other duties of a reasonable request by the client
