FREELANCE or Part-Time HR Advisors ( Health and Social Care)
Our Clients; Care providers in Northwest and Southwest London areas are looking an experienced Freelance or Part Time HR Advisors with a background in Health and Social Care to join the team on a Freelance or part-time basis
Working closely with the HR Manager, you’ll provide hands‑on generalist HR support, with a particular focus on employee relations, manager guidance, compliance and the specific safeguarding requirements that come with working within Health and Social Car environment.
- Managing employee relations matters, including absence and performance cases
- Advising and guiding managers on day‑to‑day people issues
- Supporting safeguarding and safer recruitment requirements
- Ensuring the staff documents and associated HR records remain compliant and up to date
- Providing advice in line with employment legislation, HR policies and Health and Social Care requirements
- Supporting recruitment activity and reviewing job descriptions and specifications
- Providing practical guidance to managers across the employee lifecycle
- Supporting the HR Manager with wider HR projects and priorities as required
