We are a global consulting business with a presence in the UK, UAE and Saudi Arabia. We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team and lead our UK growth strategy. Your role is to open doors, win clients, and build lasting commercial relationships with mid-market businesses across the UK — introducing them to our remote-based accounting and finance staffing solutions.

You will work directly with the Founder in a business where high performers are recognised, rewarded, and promoted. This is a role for someone who thrives on autonomy, loves the hunt, and wants to make a visible commercial impact in a growing international business.

We connect UK mid-market businesses with high-quality remote accounting and finance professionals — helping them scale smarter, reduce costs, and access talent globally.

Your ability to open conversations, build trust, and close commercial deals is essential. Recruitment knowledge is a bonus, not a requirement.

  • New Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market UK businesses
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and win new accounts
