An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Construction Project Specialist to join a large-scale build within the health sector. Based in Ōtāhuhu, this role will play a critical part in supporting the successful delivery of a major construction project.
We are seeking a highly experienced professional with proven expertise in large-scale construction projects within New Zealand, who can confidently step into a fast-paced, complex environment and add value from day one.
Key Requirements- Demonstrated experience working on large-scale construction/build projects in New Zealand
- Strong understanding of local construction practices, standards, and regulations
- Advanced proficiency in project systems such as Procore, Planview, and Daptiv(e)
- Highly skilled across the Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, Project, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
