Security Duty Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Security Duty Manager to join Alpha Omega Securities based in the Crewe area.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager and General Manager
• Working with the Duty Supervisor to ensure that the below are conducted and completed:
• Inducting new members of staff onto sites
• Recording and reporting incidents & occurrences
• Responding to alarm activations received by our Control Room
• Occasionally required to transport staff to or from sites
• Securing and unlocking customer sites
• Conducting investigations
• Working with the Rostering Manager to ensure all site requirements are covered
• Site Commencement- Setting up any new sites

Pay Rate: Upon successful completion of a 6 month probation period, the pay will increase to £36,000.

Shift Pattern: 5 On, 3 Off Shift Pattern. Must be able to work Days, Nights and Weekends.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 12 months experience of working in the Security Industry
• A valid front line SIA Licence.
• A full UK Driving Licence held for 12 months or more.
• Good level of English reading and writing due to the nature of the work
• Be able to provide a full 5-year background check in line with BS7858
