Alpha Living is seeking a Housing Development Manager to deliver an excellent resident-focused housing management service across sheltered developments. You will work closely with residents, families and partner agencies to keep communities safe, well-managed and welcoming.
The role involves tenancy support, income management, safeguarding referrals, health and safety checks and line management of Housekeepers, with a focus on independence and first-rate customer service.
