What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting developments, conducting viewings and working with referral agencies to maximise occupancy.
  • Providing advice on housing options, welfare services and support available to residents.
  • Building positive relationships with residents, relatives, advocates and external agencies.
  • Identifying safeguarding concerns and making appropriate referrals where necessary.
  • Maximising rental income and reducing void turnaround times.
  • Carrying out health and safety inspections, fire alarm testing, door entry system checks and property inspections.
  • Reporting and monitoring repairs and supervising contractors on site.
  • Maintaining accurate records using the Civica CX Housing Management System.
  • Developing and reviewing resident support plans.
  • Line managing Housekeepers within the development.
  • Providing cover for colleagues across other developments when required.
  • Supporting residents during emergency situations until appropriate services arrive.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to advocate on behalf of residents.
  • Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
  • Willingness to work flexibly to meet the needs of residents.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
