Working Pattern
- 42.5 hours, Mon–Fri only (no on-call)
- Door-to-door pay including travel time
- Start work from home — no depot visits
- Limited stay-aways with bonuses/extra leave

The Role
You’ll investigate drainage systems, identify faults and ownership, recommend repairs, complete trial holes, liaise with our Field Operations Team, and deliver clear, confident customer communication.

- CCTV drainage inspections
- CAT scanning & service tracing
- Surface reinstatement (slabs, tarmac, concrete)
- Minor drainage repairs
You’ll also need:
- Full UK driving licence & clear DBS
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills
