A growing civil engineering contractor in Derbyshire is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across highways, drainage, structures, RC works, and infrastructure schemes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects from pre-construction to completion
- Oversee technical delivery, quality, programme, and compliance
- Manage commercial performance, costs, variations, and reporting
- Coordinate site teams, engineers, clients, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably
Requirements:
- Previous Contracts Manager experience within civil engineering
- Strong technical and commercial knowledge
- Experience with highways, drainage, infrastructure, and structures
- Good understanding of NEC and/or JCT contracts
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
