An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site #2 / Sub Agent to join a growing civil engineering contractor delivering a major renewables scheme in the North Leeds area. This role would suit a technically strong civil engineering professional who is confident managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality on complex infrastructure projects.

The Role

  • Day-to-day management of site activities on a live renewables project
  • Ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements
  • Managing and reviewing RAMS and ensuring compliance on site
  • Overseeing engineering activities and maintaining technical standards
  • Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and direct labour
  • Monitoring quality, progress, and productivity across the project
  • Supporting project reporting, planning, and client liaison
  • Maintaining strong health, safety, and environmental performance throughout delivery

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Site #2, Sub Agent, or similar role within civil engineering
  • Strong technical and engineering knowledge
