HVAC Project Manager Location: Nationwide | Site Based | Permanent | Competitive Salary + Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join an established specialist contractor delivering HVAC and ventilation systems, in-house fabrication and modular DfMA solutions across technically demanding construction projects throughout the UK. This is a site-based role offering the opportunity to take responsibility for HVAC delivery, working closely with the main contractor, site teams, subcontractors and other trades. The Role As HVAC Project Manager, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of HVAC works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing HVAC works and site activities • Supervising site teams and subcontractors • Liaising with the main contractor and other trades • Managing labour, materials and programme • Monitoring project progress and quality • Ensuring works are delivered safely and in accordance with requirements • Coordinating site activities to maintain efficient project delivery • Maintaining strong communication with project stakeholders About You We're looking for an experienced HVAC or mechanical services professional with previous site or project management experience. You should have: • Good knowledge of HVAC systems and construction • Previous experience managing HVAC/mechanical works on site • Experience supervising site teams and subcontractors • Strong organisational and communication skills • A practical, proactive approach to project management • SMSTS • CSCS The Opportunity This is a great opportunity to join a specialist contractor with established expertise across HVAC, ventilation, fabrication, installation and modular DfMA.
