About the Role:

Our client is an established electrical company based in Sheffield, currently seeking a reliable and organised Office Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for flexible part-time hours in a busy and dynamic working environment.

While previous experience in the construction or electrical industry would be an advantage, it is not essential – we’re looking for someone proactive, adaptable, and confident working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General office administration including answering emails, phone calls, and managing records
  • Managing and booking accommodation (“digs”) for direct employees working away
  • Liaising with subcontractors, contractors, and site personnel
  • Supporting the operations team with scheduling and document control
  • Handling basic financial admin (e.g. timesheets, invoicing support)
  • Using Outlook, Excel, and Word to maintain efficient office systems
  • Ensuring compliance documentation and records are up to date

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude
  • Experience liaising with tradespeople and managing logistics is a plus
