EHS Manager – Permanent Role – West London
Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 + Package

The person directors trust when standards slip, incidents happen, or programme pressure starts colliding with safety?
Alpha Recruitment is supporting a major MEP contractor in West London, who is looking for an experienced EHS Manager to join on a permanent basis and lead from the front within a fast-paced, technically demanding environment. This isn’t a clipboard role.
This role is for someone who:
- Has managed EHS teams across large-scale construction projects
- Understands how to balance operational delivery with uncompromising safety standards
- Can communicate confidently with directors, subcontractors, and clients alike
- Has experience within mission critical, M&E, infrastructure, pharma, rail, or industrial sectors
- Leads through presence, professionalism, and decision-making
You’ll take ownership of the project’s safety function, working closely with leadership teams to maintain standards, protect delivery, and drive a strong site culture.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
- Significant experience on major construction projects
- Strong leadership and incident management experience
- GradIOSH / CMIOSH preferred
- Commercially aware with excellent stakeholder management skills
