Contracts Manager – Façade Remediation / High-Rise Location: West Yorkshire preferred – Northern England considered Salary: Excellent salary, dependent on experience Package: Company car or car allowance + benefits Travel: Regular travel to project sites An ambitious and growing specialist contractor operating within the façade remediation and high-rise cladding sector is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to strengthen its senior delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute construction professional with experience managing multiple projects who is looking to join a growing specialist business with an exciting pipeline of work. The Role The successful Contracts Manager will have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of several projects concurrently, ensuring they are delivered safely, commercially effectively and to the required quality and programme. Working closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, Commercial colleagues and the company's Health & Safety Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Managing multiple façade replacement and remediation projects. * Supporting and leading Project Managers and site teams. * Maintaining strong contractual and commercial control. * Monitoring programme, costs, profitability and overall project performance. * Managing variations, contractual notices, extensions of time and commercial issues. * Developing strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and supply chain partners. * Ensuring projects meet contractual, quality and programme requirements. * Supporting compliance with Building Safety Regulations (BSR), particularly on higher-risk buildings. * Working closely with the H&S Manager to ensure excellent health and safety standards. * Identifying and managing commercial, contractual and operational risks. About You You will ideally have experience in high-rise façade replacement, cladding, remediation or refurbishment. However, candidates from a general construction/build background will also be considered where they have gained meaningful high-rise project experience. You should have strong contractual awareness, commercial acumen and proven experience managing multiple projects. A good understanding of Building Safety Regulations and HRB compliance would be highly advantageous. Relevant construction qualifications are desirable.
