A growing civil engineering contractor in Derbyshire is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across highways, drainage, structures, RC works, and infrastructure schemes.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects from pre-construction to completion
  • Oversee technical delivery, quality, programme, and compliance
  • Manage commercial performance, costs, variations, and reporting
  • Coordinate site teams, engineers, clients, and subcontractors
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably
Requirements:
  • Previous Contracts Manager experience within civil engineering
  • Strong technical and commercial knowledge
  • Experience with highways, drainage, infrastructure, and structures
  • Good understanding of NEC and/or JCT contracts
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence
