About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive growth across the Midlands. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for achieving strategic sales targets by cultivating new business and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new, lapsed, and existing clients.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Achieve financial and activity-based sales targets.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using the CRM system.
- Stay informed about market changes and trends to share insight with internal teams.
- Promote new services to clients and support improvements in client experience.
- Assist in organising client engagement events and entertainment as needed.
