We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a long-term freelance opportunity based around the Aylesbury area. This role is ideal for a driven and proactive professional with a strong background working on HS2 projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and project requirements
- Maintain accurate site records and reporting
- Liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience working on HS2 or major infrastructure projects
- Valid CSCS Card
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
- First Aid at Work qualification
