Client & Digital Practice
Alpha’s Client & Digital practice partners with leading managers to address their most strategic priorities. These typically relate to client experience, growth, scalability and M&A. Given our unique combination of global scale and industry focus, we are able to provide clients with deep insight and trusted delivery, often leveraging proprietary IP and accelerators. Over the past 12 months, Alpha’s Client & Digital practice has experienced significant growth. We are therefore seeking to selectively bolster our team with individuals who share our passion for using technology to address our industry’s most important challenges.
Role Overview
In your role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Partner with C-suite stakeholders across our industry to understand their challenges across Proposition, Sales, Service, Marketing and Product, and co-create conceptual target states
- Define solution architectures that span the Client domain to make conceptual targets implementable
- Include appropriate vendor platforms to deliver target business outcomes (e.g. CRM, CLM, CDP, CMS, Marketing Automation, Sales Enablement etc.)
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of solution architectures and Client platforms
- Lead our internal development of proprietary IP and technical accelerators
- Engage with leading vendors to stay abreast of their capabilities, and establish house views on their relative strengths and limitations
- Mentor and coach junior members of our highly talented, motivated and ambitious team of solutions and technology consultants
- Be mentored and coached by industry-leading asset and wealth management business, data and technology architecture specialists
Experience & Skills
The ideal candidate would have 5+ years working within Financial Services (preferably Asset and/or Wealth Management) for a consultancy, vendor or within a Financial Services firm, with experience of:
- Designing architectures that span the Client domain
- Working hands-on with one or more Client vendor platforms
- Engaging business and technology stakeholders to understand objectives and constraints before defining implementable outcomes
- Acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, with a track record of influencing strategic decision making
- Taking personal accountability for delivery outcomes, leading technology teams on real-world execution
- Effectively planning delivery, defining resources and executable steps
- Building and nurturing technical teams from hiring to progression as an active mentor
- Championing innovation and efficiency through the creation of standards, processes, and technical accelerators
