Role Scope

At Alpha, the COO (Ian Walsh) sits on the Board and Group Executive, working with the CEO and CFO to oversee commercial performance, corporate development, value creation and business services.

This is a newly created role acting as the business manager for the COO working closely with him to help deliver the commercial and transformational agenda.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the COO to drive strategic goals
• Provide day-to-day analytical and material production support to the COO
• Directly support a range of commercial and operational projects
• Liaise with the full range of global Alpha leadership as needed
• Work closely with Business Services directors as needed
• Support group-wide communications

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in management consulting
• Strong problem solving and analysis skills
• Ability to concisely synthesise complex topics both in written and verbal formats
• Strong organisational and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities
• Passion for a transformational journey, with some day-to-day flexibility as needed
• London location strongly preferred
• Hybrid role requiring circa 3 days per week in our London office
