About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager with deep Kyriba expertise to join Alpha’s EMEA Treasury practice. This role is focused on leading and delivering end-to-end Kyriba implementations , supported by strong treasury domain knowledge and a consulting mindset.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading Kyriba-enabled treasury transformation initiatives from diagnostic and system selection through design, build, testing, and go‑live support, within complex multi-entity and multi-fund environments
Key Responsibilities
- Kyriba Implementation & Delivery
- Lead full lifecycle Kyriba TMS implementations, including discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, build oversight, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Act as a Kyriba subject matter expert, advising clients on best-practice configuration and use of Kyriba modules across:
- Cash and liquidity management
- Forecasting and reporting
- Payments and bank connectivity
- Translate complex treasury structures (multi-fund, multi-strategy, multi-currency) into scalable Kyriba solutions
- Oversee integrations between Kyriba and banks, custodians, accounting platforms, ERPs, and investment systems.
- Treasury Advisory & Transformation
- Conduct treasury diagnostic reviews, health checks, and maturity assessments
- Design target operating models for treasury functions, embedding Kyriba as the core technology enabler
- Develop business cases and implementation roadmaps for treasury transformation initiatives
- Advise on treasury risk management frameworks, controls, and governance supported by Kyriba
- System Selection & Vendor Management
- Lead TMS selection processes with a strong Kyriba lens, including requirements definition, RFP development, vendor evaluations, and system demonstrations
- Support contract negotiations and ongoing vendor and implementation partner management
- Project, Governance & Client Leadership
- Establish and manage project governance structures, including project charters, plans, RAID logs, and stakeholder communication frameworks
- Manage senior client stakeholders across treasury, finance, operations, and technology.
- Lead delivery teams, ensuring high-quality documentation, structured implementation plans, and successful client outcomes
- Contribute to Alpha FMC intellectual capital, Kyriba propositions, and go-to-market initiatives
- Required Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years’ hands-on Kyriba implementation experience, with multiple full lifecycle implementations strongly preferred
- Extensive understanding of treasury environments within asset management, alternatives, banking, or related financial services environments
