Product desiger (Candle)

The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for trends, and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into stunning, marketable pieces. As a Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative collections that align with our clients’ brand aesthetics and target market preferences.

Responsibilities:

– Design and develop fashion-forward collections that align with clients\’ brand aesthetics and target market preferences.

– Research current fast fashion trends, materials, and techniques to inspire and inform design concepts.

– Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand their demands and incorporate their feedback into designs.

– Create sketches, renderings, and technical drawings of designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

– Collaborate closely with internal teams to prototype and refine designs, provide support on product features and advantages, and address technical issues.

– Oversee the sampling and production process to ensure the quality and integrity of finished pieces.

– Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Experience:

Proven extensive experience in Candle or Home Fragrance related product design, with a preference for candidates who have worked with leading retailers in the UK.

Requirements:

-A degree in Design or a related field.

– over 5 years of proven experience as a Designer, with a portfolio showcasing original designs.

– Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

– Strong understanding of techniques, materials, and manufacturing processes.

– Exceptional artistic and creative abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.

– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.

– Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

– Knowledge of market trends and the ability to adapt designs accordingly.

– Be able to travel domestically and internationally for business trip as required.
