ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to plan, develop and implement effective marketing strategies that promote our services, strengthen our brand identity and drive business growth. The successful candidate will take responsibility for all marketing activities and ensure that our promotional efforts align with the company's objectives.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to support company growth and objectives
- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and customer trends
- Planning and managing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
- Managing company branding, advertising and promotional activities
- Monitoring competitor activity and analysing market conditions
- Preparing and managing marketing budgets and performance reports
- Overseeing the creation of marketing content and promotional materials
- Coordinating with external agencies and business partners
- Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and recommending improvements
- Supporting management in achieving long-term business development goals
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- A relevant qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the automotive or vehicle services sector is desirable but not essential
