Role


Portfolio Manager – Cross‑border Payments Division, Moorgate, London.


Corpay is looking to hire a Portfolio Manager who will identify and engage with C‑suite decision makers at mid‑to‑large businesses, helping them manage FX and cross‑border payment needs. The role reports directly to the Director of Sales.


Working Environment


As a Portfolio Manager you will work in an office environment. Corpay provides an assigned workspace, company‑issued equipment, formal hands‑on training and continued development.


Responsibilities



  • Research and qualify potential clients to build a database of leads.

  • Own the telephone and use it to engage and consult with C‑level executives of medium‑large businesses across a diverse range of sectors.

  • Engage in cold calling as the primary method of pursuing opportunities.

  • Learn clients’ businesses, uncover key problems and challenges, and educate them on how Alpha’s solutions can address these issues.

  • Work closely with analysts and strategists to build and present valuable risk‑management solutions to clients, and develop these solutions further over time.


Qualifications & Skills



  • 1–3 years of sales experience.

  • Previous experience in a new‑business/outbound sales role.

  • Cold‑calling experience.

  • Fintech experience is a plus.

  • FX/Payment experience is not required.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Sense of urgency.
