Our team is growing! We are looking for an Assistant Office Administrator to join our team in our Enfield office!

We provide top level event crew and staff to the most prestigious event production companies and venues around the world. Our event crew is considered industry-leading and that’s down to our company values. We aim to be professional, positive and polite with unmatched focus and determination on every job.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal with clients' requests over phone and email.
  • Work closely with the crew coordinators to organise crew and support clients.
  • Provide cover for the Office Manager when out of office.
Person, Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office environment.
  • Experience within the events industry is a bonus, but not required.
  • Excellent written English and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish or/and French.
  • Confidence and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Self-starting with the ability to approach and resolve challenges.
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, as well as time management skills.
  • Team player.
  • Efficient with a can-do attitude and a bright, enthusiastic personality.
