About Us:

Over 23 years of experience working with young people and delivering high-quality care. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing the home’s Statement of Purpose, ensuring that care meets regulatory and organisational standards.

• Undertake direct work with children, acting as a positive role model and supporting their emotional and social development.

• Uphold safeguarding practices and promote a safe, inclusive environment.

• Provide high-quality care and support tailored to each child’s individual needs.

• Support children in daily activities, including education, activities, and life skills development.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safeguarding policies.

• Promote a therapeutic and child-centred approach to care.

What We Offer:

• A supportive and collaborative work environment.

• Opportunities for professional development and career progression.

• Access to training tailored to your role.

• Competitive salary and benefits.

• The chance to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives.

• Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce (or a willingness to work towards it).

• Experience working with young people in a care or support role.

• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A full UK driving licence.

• Experience working with children with emotional, behavioural, or social difficulties.

• Knowledge of therapeutic or trauma-informed care approaches.

How to Apply:

If you are passionate about making a difference in children’s lives and meet the requirements for this role, we would love to hear from you.

Please message Carly directly.

We will need your CV and a cover letter detailing your experience and why you’re the ideal candidate for this role.
