- Ensure treasury product accounting, postings, accruals, valuations and reconciliations are accurate, complete and appropriately controlled.
- Produce and maintain accurate and timely treasury monitoring reports.
- Support the automated transmission of treasury data between Kondor, K+TP, core banking and finance systems.
- Develop and enhance the Bank’s Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) methodology to improve divisional performance reporting.
- Improve treasury reporting, reconciliations and control processes by reducing manual activity and enhancing data integrity.
- Support treasury product configuration, accounting rule set-up, testing and implementation of new or amended products.
- Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, IT and Head Office on system enhancements, upgrades and process improvements.
- Document treasury accounting processes, system interfaces, reconciliations, controls and FTP methodologies.
- Produce and maintain process maps, procedures and internal control documentation.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining clear documentation and robust evidence trails.
- Provide analytical support to the Treasurer, including treasury reporting, project work, system testing and ad hoc analysis.
What We're Looking For

- Experience of treasury product accounting, valuations, reconciliations and financial controls.
- Experience working with treasury systems, product configuration, accounting rules, data flows and system interfaces.
- Experience with Kondor and K+TP is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of funds transfer pricing methodologies and treasury reporting processes.
- Experience delivering process improvements, automation initiatives and systems enhancements.
- Good knowledge of finance systems, accounting outputs and reconciliation processes.
- Understanding of IFRS and treasury accounting principles.
- Experience working within a regulated financial services environment is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and a control-focused mindset.
