The Role
Alpha Bank Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver change initiatives across the organisation, with a strong focus on technical project delivery within financial services. The role requires proven experience managing projects involving multi‑currency products, debit card solutions, and complex technical integrations with online and mobile banking platforms. The Project Manager will lead the full project delivery lifecycle or multiple workstreams under a large programme of work, operating in a structured and professional manner to ensure projects are delivered to agreed standards. This includes clear accountability for planning, execution, reporting, governance, and risk management, while working effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into clear delivery plans.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery across multi‑currency, card, and payment initiatives.
- Build business cases, define scope, timelines, and benefits.
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and documentation.
- Support technical delivery including system enhancements, API integrations, and card platform onboarding.
- Ensure outputs meet regulatory, governance, and quality standards.
- Oversee vendor engagement, integrations, workshops, and readiness activities.
- Maintain strong delivery oversight, escalating risks and ensuring operational readiness.
What We’re Looking For
- A Greek speaker with experience in financial services, ideally within a regulated banking environment.
- Proven delivery experience across multi‑currency products, digital banking integrations, card programmes, and payment or core banking enhancements.
- Strong vendor‑management capability, especially with multi‑currency and card‑issuing providers.
- Solid understanding of card issuing, payment flows, and multi‑currency systems.
- Experience with system integrations across online/mobile banking and APIs.
- Strong organisational, communication, analytical, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Competencies in collaboration, adaptability, attention to detail, and structured problem‑solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; project management certification beneficial.
